We've all been there, the weather outside is lovely, summer breeze blowing though the white window on the right side of me, while im typing this article.
So the last 4 days have been really crap for me, there are days where i was functioning like a well oiled machine ,my routine on busy day usually began by waking up at 06.30 (yep you read that right, I am a morning person) , had a slow breakfast, gone to Uni for Lectures , and spending the rest of that day until late evening in the gym. But as the summer "Holiday" continues, it gets harder to do even the simplest things, the activity-count-per-day slowed down to a grinding halt, it even very hard for me get out my room with any excitement to do anything other than browsing the internet. Although i'am fully aware that next month ill have to do the rest of my exams, which i still haven't prepared for yet.
I do not know, whether i'm the only one who has this kind of bad habit in the Holiday (please tell me i'm not alone). This problem is very real, for me at least. But worry not , ill let you peek in my plans to fight, or even put an end to this rather peculiar phenomenon.
1. Create a Plan (and STICK WITH IT)
Starting with the very basic, planning, planning ,planning. Making a plan just like putting up building blocks of your day. The fist complication i stumbled upon is this, me being pedantic, i'm too focused on the details of what to do. The key is make it simple,why why should we make a blueprint while a rough sketch already suffice?
2. Wake up Early !
Have you ever woke up at 10 a.m and had this feeling of wasted day? Waking up late (outside of weekend , of course) are waste of time, so to squeeze the optimal time from your day we need to wake up as early as possible, or at least earlier than we normally do.
3. Every litte effort counts
This is my favorite part, read this " There are not may people who gives 100% of their effort in life, if you just try getting close to 100% you're more likely already be on the lead"
So there you go , 3 easy step to get more of your Holiday. Hope this can help couple of you out there who are struggling the same problems i do. Now ill , get my ass up form the computer and go to the Gym.
